Although I do have various trainings in psychedelic-assisted therapy, I am not involved with sitting with clients while they are in the actual psychedelic experience. However, as many people are experimenting with this flourishing field of mental health, I feel called to offer my professional support to those needing support in the integration of psychedelic experiences. Extensive research shows that it is the meaning derived from the psychedelic experience that is the most significantly influential aspect of psychedelic assisted therapy. To achieve sustainable emotional, cognitive and behavioural change from taking psychedelics, it is vital to have someone to help you process and integrate what you have experienced after taking the psychedelic medicine. Likewise, it can be very supportive to have qualified support in preparation for such an experience.
You are very welcome to book a free, no obligation, 15 min phone consultation to help you find out if we are the right fit for this sacred and sensitive therapeutic work.
Helping you bring nature-informed interventions safely, competently and joyfully into your mental health practice.
