Supporting you to reconnect to what you love and value, to a greater sense of well-being and to what you know you can become
Welcome to my holistic and integrative psychological practice.
My role is to help you find more balance in your life, to reconnect with what gives meaning and vitality and to support you to let go of old patterns and negative core beliefs that cause suffering and no longer serve you.
I welcome clients of all ages in my private practice in Avonmore, central Edmonton, right next to the urban natural area of Mill Creek Ravine. I also offer online counselling and nature-based therapy, where relevant or requested.
Some of my speciality areas are depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders such as work-related stress and burnout, attachment issues and difficulties in relationship, chronic pain, insomnia and existential issues. I work with diverse modalities including, but not limited to, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness and somatic approaches, nature-based therapy, positive psychology, clinical hypnosis and systemic approaches.
You are very welcome to book a free, no obligation, 15 min phone consultation. It's a great opportunity to talk about your goals and get a feel for my services.
Including: Nature-based groups for burnout and stress, classic 8 week mindfulness (MBSR) groups and 'Journaling and poetry for mental health'. I work with other qualified professionals on my group interventions.
You are very welcome to book a free, no obligation, 15 min phone consultation to talk about any group interventions you might be interested in.
Helping you bring nature-informed interventions safely, competently and joyfully into your mental health practice.
