Individual psychotherapy

  •  I work with individuals of all ages who are struggling with diverse mental health issues such as stress/burnout, sadness, anxiety, chronic pain, mood swings and attachment issues.  I like to support individuals in finding the courage, clarity and resources needed to take the necessary steps to actually embody the changes they know in their hearts to make. 


  •  Therapeutic approaches include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, somatic approaches, nature-based interventions, positive psychology, clinical hypnosis, systemic and family therapy, interpersonal neurobiology.


  • My standard fee is 220 CAD for one full hour. If you have health insurance, part or all of this may be covered. 


  • Sessions can be in-person or online. 90 minute sessions also available (290 CAD).

Couple and family psychotherapy

  •  I find it a privilege to help couples and families navigate towards a deeper understanding of self and each other to enhance and enrich interpersonal relationships.  


  • My standard fee is 220 CAD for one full hour.  If you have health insurance, part or all of this may be covered. 


  • Couple and family sessions are in person only. 90 minute sessions also available (310 CAD).

Group psychological interventions

I offer a selection of innovative, enriching and evidence-based group interventions to support mental health.  Fees are dependent on group size and length of course, but group sizes range between 6 and 10 people with each session being approx. 2.5 hours and groups running for approximately 8 weeks.

  • Nature for Mental Health -  nature-based groups for various mental health issues - including stress and burnout. Also offered to businesses and organisations for improved thriving and work-life balance for employees.  


  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction - as a certified and experienced mindfulness instructor, I offer the evidence-based, 8 week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training program for groups. I also offer Mindfulness in Nature groups. Mindfulness training programs also offered to businesses and organisations for improved thriving and work-life balance for employees.  


  • Journaling and Poetry for Flourishing  - group therapy and creative written expression are a wonderful marriage to promote your mental health. Groups for adults and adolescents.

Mindfulness training (MBSR)

Join me for the next group mindfulness training course starting Monday 8th September 2025,  5.30-8.00 pm. This course runs for 8 weeks and can be billed with your insurance company as group therapy.
