MINDFULNESS TRAINING

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses 


Join me on this 8-Week, in-person program, 

Monday evenings 

5.30-8.00pm 

with a 4.5 hour follow up 'Mini Retreat' 

approximately 2-3 months after the end of the course

September 8th - November 3rd  2025 


MBSR is the most scientifically tested and well-established mindfulness training program. Created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the UMASS Medical Center. Taught in person by certified and experienced MBSR instructor, nature therapist and registered psychologist, Anna Adhemar.


Reduce stress and live with greater equanimity and sense of connection to life through this evidence-based mindfulness meditation program. Also recommended for those living with chronic pain. Here are some of the benefits of an MBSR program:

  • Learn skills that can help you develop a more consistently regulated nerve system

Note: This program also contains nature-based mindfulness.


Total Price for all teaching (including 4 hour follow up retreat) and refreshments 

- 995 CAD (sliding scale available)

Maximum number of participants = 8


As this is a form of group therapy, insurance companies can be billed for this service.
