When we lose a sense of connection, whether it be with ourselves, our bodies, our values/meaning, each other, our natural world or the deeper and divine aspects of who we are, then we suffer.
Disconnect appears to be at the core of dysfunction.
I therefore perceive therapy as ultimately being about supporting others to connect with (or reconnect back into) what they need to live a vital, meaningful, functional and balanced life.
With a wealth of experience, both professional and personal, and a deep appreciation of the unique qualities and strengths that long to shine in every individual, I feel privileged to offer my services as a therapist, supervisor and group facilitator.
